Terms of cooperation in the A.G.E. Creator programme. Effective from 15 September 2026. They replace the previous terms of the ambassador programme, which is now called the A.G.E. Creator programme.
1. Programme operator
The A.G.E. Creator programme is operated by FutureStack s.r.o., Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID 23611430 (the “operator”), the official distributor of A.G.E. Elements for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Contact: info@age-elements.cz. The programme is based on the international A.G.E. Creator programme; the promotion rules and business model are aligned with the brand, while the additional rewards in Article 9 are specific to the Czech and Slovak market.
2. Registration and approval
Any individual or company can become a Creator by registering at Creator registration. Registration is free, commits you to no subscription and carries no fees or membership. We assess every application individually; there is no legal entitlement to approval and we do turn some applications down. Cooperation is based on a contractual relationship — if a Creator has no business ID, the tax arrangement is agreed with the operator in advance.
3. Assignment of customers
A customer is assigned to a Creator by buying through their personal link or by using their discount code. The system remembers the link for 30 days from the click; if the customer orders within that window, the order is credited to the Creator. After the first purchase the assignment is permanent — every further paid order from that customer counts for the Creator, including the regular subscription. If a customer is assigned to more than one Creator, the first assignment applies.
4. Discount code
In their zone, a Creator sets their own discount code, which gives their community 10 % off the order price. The code must not be confusable with another Creator’s code (the system will not allow duplicates) and must not be vulgar or misleading. Changing the code immediately invalidates the previous one.
5. Commission
Commission is calculated from the price of the goods excluding shipping, on every paid order from assigned customers. The model is the same as in the international A.G.E. Creator programme and has two parts:
- The customer’s first purchase: 12 to 18 %. The rate grows with the total paid turnover the Creator has brought in: up to CZK 25,000 12 %, from CZK 25,000 13 %, from CZK 50,000 14 %, from CZK 100,000 15 %, from CZK 200,000 16 %, from CZK 300,000 17 % and from CZK 500,000 18 %.
- Každý další nákup téhož zákazníka: 10 %. Platí pro jednorázové objednávky i pro pravidelný odběr, po celou dobu, kdy zákazník nakupuje a kdy Creator splňuje podmínku aktivity podle článku 6.
If goods are returned or the contract is withdrawn from, the corresponding commission is cancelled. A Creator can see all orders and commissions in their zone at any time.
6. Podmínka aktivity
Sazba z opakovaných nákupů je navázaná na to, že Creator průběžně přivádí nové zákazníky. Pokud tři měsíce nepřivede žádného nového zákazníka, klesne mu sazba z opakovaných nákupů z 10 % na 5 %. Pokud se nový zákazník neobjeví ani dalších pět měsíců, klesne sazba na 1 %.
Jde o dočasný stav, ne o ztrátu zákazníků. Jakmile přes Creatorův odkaz nebo kód nakoupí kdokoli nový, vrací se sazba z opakovaných nákupů zpět na 10 % a první nákup toho zákazníka se počítá běžnou sazbou 12 až 18 %. Na každé snížení upozorníme e-mailem předem.
Novým zákazníkem se rozumí osoba, která přes odkaz nebo kód daného Creatora dosud neobjednala a která podá objednávku, jež není zrušená ani stornovaná. Už vzniklé provize se snížením sazby nijak nemění.
7. Změna sazeb a podmínek
Provize vyplácí provozovatel programu, tedy FutureStack s.r.o., a je oprávněn výši provizí, jejich stupně i podmínku aktivity měnit. Změnu oznámí Creatorům e-mailem a v jejich zóně nejméně 30 dní předem. Změna se nedotýká provizí, které do její účinnosti řádně vznikly. Pokud Creator se změnou nesouhlasí, může spolupráci do dne účinnosti ukončit a nevyplacené provize mu budou vyúčtovány podle dosavadních pravidel.
8. Jak probíhá objednávka zákazníka
All formulas are in stock. At checkout the customer chooses bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders ship right after ordering, bank transfer orders as soon as the payment arrives. The Creator’s commission arises only once the order has been paid.
9. Produktové odměny
A Creator who has an active monthly subscription of their own gets extra: with paid turnover from their customers above CZK 20,000 in a closed calendar month (1st to last day), their next monthly dose is 50 % off; above CZK 50,000, their next monthly dose is free. The discount is applied automatically to the next regular shipment. These rewards go beyond the international programme and apply to the Czech and Slovak market.
10. Co program nabízí nad rámec provizí
The international A.G.E. Creator programme also includes access to the community of Creators from other markets, participation in the brand’s competitions and awards, and invitations to exclusive events, including a joint sailing trip. The specific conditions of participation are announced by the brand for each period, and registration does not automatically create an entitlement to them; we inform Creators of each announcement by e-mail and in their zone.
11. Výplata provizí
Přehled provizí vidí Creator průběžně ve své zóně. Vyúčtování posíláme po každém uzavřeném kalendářním čtvrtletí a po jeho odsouhlasení vyplácíme do 30 dnů převodem na účet, který Creator uvedl; u Creatorů s IČO na základě vystavené faktury. Provozovatel může výplatu pozdržet o dobu, po kterou může zákazník od smlouvy odstoupit.
Aby bylo možné provizi vyplatit, potřebujeme od Creatora platební údaje. Pokud je nedodá, připomeneme se mu dvakrát: poprvé spolu s vyúčtováním, podruhé po 30 dnech. Nárok na výplatu zaniká šest měsíců po druhé výzvě, pokud Creator do té doby údaje nedodá. Nejde o sankci za plynutí času — stačí odpovědět na kteroukoli z výzev a provize se vyplatí.
12. Pravidla propagace
A food supplement is not a medicine. A Creator must not attribute therapeutic effects to the products, must not use health claims that are not approved in the EU, must not target children and must not use spam or misleading advertising. The approved wordings for individual substances can be found in the lexicon of approved claims. If a Creator communicates about the product while cooperating with the operator, they must disclose that cooperation transparently (e.g. “cooperation”). Breaching these rules is grounds for immediate termination of the cooperation and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
13. Trvání a ukončení
Either party may end the cooperation at any time by notifying the other; the entitlement to commissions that have properly arisen and have not been cancelled remains. The operator may amend these terms reasonably; Creators will be informed of any change and continuing in the programme is treated as acceptance. The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
