Regular use is what makes sense: we recommend giving the formulation at least two to three months of daily use. That is exactly why there is the formulation A.G.E. 20+, designed for roughly the 20 to 40 life stage: a complete base of vitamins and minerals that are often lacking in an ordinary diet, plus a component focused on the years when you go full throttle. For two reasons. Dissolved powder is easier for the body to absorb — it does not have to wait for a tablet coating to break down, and the dose comes with no capsule shells, binders or extra fillers. And a single 13 g daily dose holds more than 40 active substances in meaningful amounts, which in tablet form would mean a handful of capsules a day. You simply stir the powder into water and have everything in one glass.

The composition is vegan, free of artificial additives and laboratory tested; the amounts of the individual substances stay within safe levels for daily use. Even so: do not take it together with other supplements containing zinc, and if you take blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor about products containing vitamin K. The product is not intended for children and adolescents under 18, or for pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you have health problems or take medication, consult your doctor before starting.

Nothing dramatic. A.G.E. Elements supplements an ordinary diet — it isn’t habit-forming and your body doesn’t “get used to it”. If you stop, you simply go back to getting nutrients from your normal diet. You can come back at any time; the formulations and prices are still on the website.

By age. A.G.E. 20+ is for a dynamic period full of challenges, 40+ for the years when work, family and responsibility all come at once, 60+ for the years when you want to stay on the move. You stir one scoop (13 g) into a glass of cold water — or into a smoothie or juice. Most people find the morning suits them, so the daily dose is out of the way at the start of the day, but it works at any time. What matters most is regularity: one dose every day.

Fresh and natural — the formulation is flavoured with peppermint extract and fruit powders, sweetened with erythritol and stevia, so without sugar. No artificial flavourings or colourings.
