Creator programme. Effective from 15 September 2026. They replace the previous terms of the ambassador programme, which is now called the A.G.E. Creator programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Programme operator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The A.G.E. Creator programme is operated by <strong>FutureStack s.r.o.<\/strong>, B\u011blehradsk\u00e1 858\/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID 23611430 (the \u201coperator\u201d), the official distributor of A.G.E. Elements for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@age-elements.cz\">info@age-elements.cz<\/a>. The programme is based on the international A.G.E. Creator programme; the promotion rules and business model are aligned with the brand, while the additional rewards in Article 9 are specific to the Czech and Slovak market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Registration and approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any individual or company can become a Creator by registering at <a href=\"\/en\/registrace-creatora\/\">Creator registration<\/a>. Registration is free, commits you to no subscription and carries no fees or membership. We assess every application individually; there is no legal entitlement to approval and we do turn some applications down. Cooperation is based on a contractual relationship \u2014 if a Creator has no business ID, the tax arrangement is agreed with the operator in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Assignment of customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A customer is assigned to a Creator by buying through their personal link or by using their discount code. The system remembers the link for <strong>30 days from the click<\/strong>; if the customer orders within that window, the order is credited to the Creator. After the first purchase the assignment is <strong>permanent<\/strong> \u2014 every further paid order from that customer counts for the Creator, including the regular subscription. If a customer is assigned to more than one Creator, the first assignment applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Discount code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In their zone, a Creator sets their own discount code, which gives their community 10 % off the order price. The code must not be confusable with another Creator\u2019s code (the system will not allow duplicates) and must not be vulgar or misleading. Changing the code immediately invalidates the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Commission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commission is calculated from the price of the goods excluding shipping, on every <strong>paid<\/strong> order from assigned customers. The model is the same as in the international A.G.E. Creator programme and has two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The customer\u2019s first purchase: 12 to 18 %.<\/strong> The rate grows with the total paid turnover the Creator has brought in: up to CZK 25,000 12 %, from CZK 25,000 13 %, from CZK 50,000 14 %, from CZK 100,000 15 %, from CZK 200,000 16 %, from CZK 300,000 17 % and from CZK 500,000 18 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1kup t\u00e9ho\u017e z\u00e1kazn\u00edka: 10 %.<\/strong> Plat\u00ed pro jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vky i pro pravideln\u00fd odb\u011br, po celou dobu, kdy z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nakupuje a kdy Creator spl\u0148uje podm\u00ednku aktivity podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If goods are returned or the contract is withdrawn from, the corresponding commission is cancelled. A Creator can see all orders and commissions in their zone at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Podm\u00ednka aktivity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sazba z opakovan\u00fdch n\u00e1kup\u016f je nav\u00e1zan\u00e1 na to, \u017ee Creator pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed nov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Pokud <strong>t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce<\/strong> nep\u0159ivede \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, klesne mu sazba z opakovan\u00fdch n\u00e1kup\u016f z 10 % na <strong>5 %<\/strong>. Pokud se nov\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk neobjev\u00ed ani dal\u0161\u00edch p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, klesne sazba na <strong>1 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jde o do\u010dasn\u00fd stav, ne o ztr\u00e1tu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Jakmile p\u0159es Creator\u016fv odkaz nebo k\u00f3d nakoup\u00ed kdokoli nov\u00fd, vrac\u00ed se sazba z opakovan\u00fdch n\u00e1kup\u016f zp\u011bt na 10 % a prvn\u00ed n\u00e1kup toho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 b\u011b\u017enou sazbou 12 a\u017e 18 %. Na ka\u017ed\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed upozorn\u00edme e-mailem p\u0159edem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nov\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem se rozum\u00ed osoba, kter\u00e1 p\u0159es odkaz nebo k\u00f3d dan\u00e9ho Creatora dosud neobjednala a kter\u00e1 pod\u00e1 objedn\u00e1vku, je\u017e nen\u00ed zru\u0161en\u00e1 ani stornovan\u00e1. U\u017e vznikl\u00e9 provize se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm sazby nijak nem\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Zm\u011bna sazeb a podm\u00ednek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provize vypl\u00e1c\u00ed provozovatel programu, tedy FutureStack s.r.o., a <strong>je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn v\u00fd\u0161i proviz\u00ed, jejich stupn\u011b i podm\u00ednku aktivity m\u011bnit<\/strong>. Zm\u011bnu ozn\u00e1m\u00ed Creator\u016fm e-mailem a v jejich z\u00f3n\u011b nejm\u00e9n\u011b <strong>30 dn\u00ed p\u0159edem<\/strong>. Zm\u011bna se nedot\u00fdk\u00e1 proviz\u00ed, kter\u00e9 do jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vznikly. Pokud Creator se zm\u011bnou nesouhlas\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee spolupr\u00e1ci do dne \u00fa\u010dinnosti ukon\u010dit a nevyplacen\u00e9 provize mu budou vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1ny podle dosavadn\u00edch pravidel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Jak prob\u00edh\u00e1 objedn\u00e1vka z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All formulas are in stock. At checkout the customer chooses bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders ship right after ordering, bank transfer orders as soon as the payment arrives. The Creator&#8217;s commission arises only once the order has been <strong>paid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Produktov\u00e9 odm\u011bny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Creator who has an active monthly subscription of their own gets extra: with paid turnover from their customers above CZK 20,000 in a closed calendar month (1st to last day), their next monthly dose is 50 % off; above CZK 50,000, their next monthly dose is free. The discount is applied automatically to the next regular shipment. These rewards go beyond the international programme and apply to the Czech and Slovak market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Co program nab\u00edz\u00ed nad r\u00e1mec proviz\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The international A.G.E. Creator programme also includes access to the community of Creators from other markets, participation in the brand\u2019s competitions and awards, and invitations to exclusive events, including a joint sailing trip. The specific conditions of participation are announced by the brand for each period, and registration does not automatically create an entitlement to them; we inform Creators of each announcement by e-mail and in their zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. V\u00fdplata proviz\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159ehled proviz\u00ed vid\u00ed Creator pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b ve sv\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b. Vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed pos\u00edl\u00e1me <strong>po ka\u017ed\u00e9m uzav\u0159en\u00e9m kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed<\/strong> a po jeho odsouhlasen\u00ed vypl\u00e1c\u00edme do 30 dn\u016f p\u0159evodem na \u00fa\u010det, kter\u00fd Creator uvedl; u Creator\u016f s I\u010cO na z\u00e1klad\u011b vystaven\u00e9 faktury. Provozovatel m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdplatu pozdr\u017eet o dobu, po kterou m\u016f\u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edk od smlouvy odstoupit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 provizi vyplatit, pot\u0159ebujeme od Creatora platebn\u00ed \u00fadaje. Pokud je nedod\u00e1, p\u0159ipomeneme se mu dvakr\u00e1t: poprv\u00e9 spolu s vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00edm, podruh\u00e9 po 30 dnech. <strong>N\u00e1rok na v\u00fdplatu zanik\u00e1 \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po druh\u00e9 v\u00fdzv\u011b<\/strong>, pokud Creator do t\u00e9 doby \u00fadaje nedod\u00e1. Nejde o sankci za plynut\u00ed \u010dasu \u2014 sta\u010d\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u011bt na kteroukoli z v\u00fdzev a provize se vyplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Pravidla propagace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A food supplement is not a medicine. A Creator must not attribute therapeutic effects to the products, must not use health claims that are not approved in the EU, must not target children and must not use spam or misleading advertising. The approved wordings for individual substances can be found in the <a href=\"\/en\/lexikon-tvrzeni\/\">lexicon of approved claims<\/a>. If a Creator communicates about the product while cooperating with the operator, they must disclose that cooperation transparently (e.g. \u201ccooperation\u201d). Breaching these rules is grounds for immediate termination of the cooperation and cancellation of unpaid commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Trv\u00e1n\u00ed a ukon\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Either party may end the cooperation at any time by notifying the other; the entitlement to commissions that have properly arisen and have not been cancelled remains. The operator may amend these terms reasonably; Creators will be informed of any change and continuing in the programme is treated as acceptance.
